The TRD sport has a more car like suspension with color matched rear bumper, door handles, mirrors, and a hood scoop. The 4x4 and 4x2 versions of the sport aren't any different than a non TRD model as far as off road capabilities.

The TRD OR has a rear locker on both the 4x4 and 4x2 models, as well has a suspension more suited for off road (progressive front springs, and a more flexible rear leaf pack) I guess if you fished a lot it would help being able to lock the rear wheels on a 4x2 model when you were using a boat ramp.

Lockers help soooooo much. I have one in my truck (I think eaton) and its gotten me outta some binds.
