I'm a Bammer and I couldn't agree more.

I love Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Tiger Stadium. I've been to every Bama/LSU game since 1998. Last Saturday was the best atmosphere I've ever been in.

It's a great place and y'all should be proud. The SEC, in general, is a great place to watch football, but honestly, we are all trying to get to where y'all where on Saturday night.

In the 4th quarter it was the loudest crowd that I ever been a part of , when we were on defense. I'm just starting to get my voice back today.

Thanks deaux68.
In all honesty, Alabama's team had a big part in producing the hysterics and ear-popping noise.
It made '79 LSU-USC game sound like a Sign-Language Convention in the Helen Keller Room in the basement of the Nicholson Library...

BTW TT, I came right through Magnolia last weekend coming and going from the Texas Renaissance Festival. Do it every year. There's a great little Mexican restaurant there in Magnolia on 1488 and of course I can't miss my chicken fried steak at Goodson's in Tomball.

Hey, i live right off of Hwy249. Went to Goodson's for CFS on Sunday evening! Best in the world CFS! Glad you got to see last Sat. night game live and in color!

While I agree with you, it is only to an extent. It does take a top 5 team to get TS to is proper level. And that is fine, it speaks to where LSU is as a program.

of course. that's the way it's always been. big games. the season ticket crowd attend up to 8 games a year and simply don't get up for a towson type team. never did. i swear i was the last person in the stadium one year against utah and the game was still on. that was decades ago. since then it has gotten a bit worse but so has the nfl when you think about it. fans are now much more affluent that a generation ago; it takes a truckload of money and lots of time to be a season ticket holder.
