We threw the ball four times. Twice on 2nd down. Our last set of downs was conservative. But I think going conservative on 3rd down and trying to get an easier FG was the right call.

when i said series i meant set of downs. sorry for not being specific
the problem was that there was no cohesive plan other than "frick it we may kick a long FG that doesn't really do us that much good" once that decision was made it decreases the possibility of success greatly
