IYO, Who is the more loathsome character: Bill Rawls or Maria Laguerta?

Bill Rawls of The Wire or Maria Laguerta of Dexter?
I gotta go with Rawls. Don't get me wrong, Laguerta is annoying, but Rawls always rubbed me the wrong way. I think it's because I've dealt with people like him IRL, and view his type as vile & disgusting human beings. To make matters worse, it all paid off for him in the end, as he became Superintendent of the State Police

Yep, he hung out at the club that Omar's boyfriend did. And then there's the graffiti on the bathroom wall at the police station that said "Rawls Sucks Cock". Landsman looked at it & laughed like he knew it was true
