I have a 2007 Silverado with the same 5.3 L AFM that is used in most Tahoes and Suburbans.
110,000 miles and no issues at all. Best vehicle I've ever had by far, and I have no plans of replacing it in the next 5 years.

one of the lucky few after i get mine right im disabling afm which they say makes issues better
