Tailgating at The Old Alex Box Lot

I just received a pass, but have never tailgated at the Old Alex Box Lot. How is the tailgating in that lot? What would be a good time to show up to get a good spot off of Skip Bertman Drive? Thanks

We tailgate there. What's your space number? There are bathrooms very close. It's more family oriented.

The pass doesn't show a space number. It is a car pass, not an RV spot.

We tailgate right across the street from there, under the oak trees on Skip Bertman. Everybody is pretty cool and nice

There are spots numbered in the lot. We're the first several spots along the fence by the bathroom.

I just went look at the pass, spot number 14. Would you know the location of number 14? Is it still possible to set up a tent along the fence even if your spot is away from the fence?

It will be 4 of us tailgating, but only 2 going to the game. I have an uncle coming in from Georgia to see the Tigers. He is originaly from La, and a huge Tiger fan, but hasn't been to a home game in many years, so we plan on making the best of it.

You all should fit. I'm not going in. We have a Tv and a lot of shite we leave up for after. I'll be watching from the tent. I'm sure there will be a few of us.

the spaces in old alex box for cars are not reserved, only the RV's. you can park where ever you want if you get there early enough. Most of the time the first spots taken are next to the fence by the road. good luck

Nice, my wife and aunt will be the other 2 at our spot. I was hoping to find them a hook up with a tv to be able to watch the game. I figured their would be some die hards in the area watching tv's that we could hook up with. Thanks for the info
