What players should I offer for RG3 or Peyton?

Here's my team:
Romo
Austin
Megatron
Jordy Nelson
Forte
Sproles
T. Gonzalez
Witten
Welker
Hartline
A. Bradshaw
Ridley
Felix Jones
Rivers
He has both RG3 and Peyton but other than Rice his RB's suck arse. I'd rather hold onto Forte.

The thing with trying to trade for a good QB is that, if I'm not going to get something good out of the trade, I'd rather keep the QB and not let you have him.
Someone else might have a better opinion on this.

You a Cowboys fan? I'd try to get Manning. The key here is seeing if you can work a deal for Decker so you can pull both before anyone knows what hit them. I could tell you who I'd try to offer but it really doesn't matter if the other guy doesn't like it. Can you put his roster on here? I'll try to give you a starting point.

This is what I was thinking too but I may luck up since he's hurting so badly at RB. Plus he's 3-5 so he may be desperate for some help.

Offer him Romo and his choice of Bradshaw, Sproles or Ridley.
He'll probably want to keep RG3 but he needs a bye week replacement. That's where Romo comes into play.

Romo and Bradley or Ridley. I would seriously suggest trying to work a deal for Decker in the background before pulling this deal.
