Was he on probation from the bar fight? If so, then yes he will go to jail.

Yes he violated his bond. Pretty standard procedure to go to jail

They got a name for people like this. That name is called ''recidivism.'' Repeat offender!

He was out on bail. Keeping someone in jail for such small offenses is cost prohibitive and a waste of prison beds and resources.
