probably because we have been doing a lot of team flamethrowers or team silenced shotties.
add in everyone running smoke grenades and it's a real mess for the other team.
imagine being able to see nothing but smoke on half the map, then an entire team running thru with shotguns or flame throwers.

Yeah I'd be butthurt about that. That's as bad as a team full of m60 with hardened on nuketown. Or a bunch of guys getting one kill and then hiding the rest if the game lol
