Can we now stop with all the idiotic "LSU is in control of its destiny" babble?

With Oregon, K-State and Notre Dame all looking very possibly undefeated, we are not in control of our own destiny. We need someone to beat at least two of these teams, and I'll be damned if I can see two losses among the three of them in what's left of the season. USC is pretty much the only hope, and beating both Oregon and Notre Dame is asking a lot of them.

all i can say is… "Fight On"

never thought i'd be pulling for USC, but right now, they are our best chance to get in the discussion again, provided we take care of business...

If the SEC champion has a loss and any two of Oregon, K-State and ND are undefeated, there will be no SEC team in the NCG.

An undefeated SEC champ will get in no matter what. A 1 loss SEC team should get in no matter what but won't if there are 2 undefeated teams out there. bullshite, but true.

Well it won't mean shite if we don't take care of fricking business. Can't worry about what we can't control, we just need to win and do us.

What happens to the "best two teams" being in the title game argument from last year?

I wouldn't be surprised to see KState get axed if they are one of them.

If we beat Bama by 10+ especially, and then redeem ourselves in the Title game against UF or beat UGA.

When people talk about us controlling our own destiny they're talking about getting to the SECCG

That's the first goal

As a one loss team you can't bank on making it to the BCS game. Some things will have to go our way. If we go undefeated for the rest of the year I would expect it to be a tossup whether or not we're in.

It would get real interesting if we run the table and either KSU or ND loses. The computers hate Oregon this year.

They're in control of their own destiny in the SEC.

Why is this so difficult to understand?

Why are LSU fans such defeatists?

Sure no one saw Iowa State beating OSU last year or Pitt beating WVU in 2007, the Ducks just about any year. It is CFB, shite happens.

WTF man those teams still got some matchups ahead of them.

Don't be a jerk.

K St can very well drop any of their remaining games.
