I'm very well aware of that. I'm actually an insurance adjuster and very good one. What I did is no different than when you go to a Mcdonalds or anywhere and order a meal. You get the meal and it is not correct. You have to wait for them to cook and correct your order. They offer you a free soda for your wait.
They did not have to offer you anything because you were not harmed. But they made a mistake and to rectify the mistake they offer the soda.

Nope. By your admission they got it correct, they just didn't wait for your agreement. It's all good, so untwist your panties.
