I am sort of with you on this but if this isn't a huge Les Miles flame idk what is.
I'm not really intending for it to be. A larger point is if we can hire good defensive coaches to coach up our players, why can we not hire good offensive ones? I just don't get the disconnect.

How is a 4 star not a big time recruit? Usually the services only designate 250-300 players as 4 star recruits. I think you are misguided on that one. Also, your post sucks. I don't think other 1st year starting QB's in the SEC lit the world on fire either.

Tiger in Atl....Miles philosphy (which i have no problem with) is win with a strong running game, defense and special teams. There are not many OC's that want to coach in that type of system. It limits their ability to showcase their individual and creative style. In other words the offense is very boring to watch but very effective when executed.

Don't get me wrong I total understand your point and have struggled to explain it on this board. I like the way you went about it however Les Miles hires these coaches and promoted one within. Flame on Miles and his management of the team.

I'm still with you on your points however it just won't be received on this board.
