Trade: Fair or Foul?

League starts 2 RB's and a flex. Standard scoring.
Team A is 2-5. RB's are Foster (bye this coming week), Richardson (week to week with rib injury), Hardesty, Redman, and Hillis. Obviously in must win now mode if any chance of making playoffs.
Team B is 6-1. RB's are Mathews, McFadden, Morris, Martin, Jennings, and D. Brown.
Trade: Team B gets Foster and Team A gets Mathews and Morris.
A couple guys in the league are calling BS, though it is more than fair according to this LINK.
What say you, TD?

Def fair trade. A similar trade involving foster for spiller and Morris is going down in my league tomorrow.

Definitely fair. Although Foster is and should be considered "untouchable", that doesn't mean someone shouldn't ever be allowed to trade him.

Team B seems like its getting fricked, but congrats if you're getting Mathews and Morris.
