you hit the nail on the head there. people want to bash mettenberger, but the fact is, he isn't getting much help from the offensive line or the receivers. he's a jr, i understand that, but going into this season, he hadn’t played a meaningful down at the college level, so he's going to go through some "growing pains", as would any qb. the offense is strugginling because of his issues, but his problems look worse because the offensive line and wr's are playing like shite.

Does not matter who OC is because Miles will overrule any innovation that a good OC will suggest. As Les said himself in post game 2 games ago, "we are going to run the ball and throw it enough to try and keep the other defense honest" .
This is simply it and Les will allow nothing else.
We will play big 10 Michigan football and lose 1-2 games a year because a 3rd grader could defend our play calling.
This will remain a constant as long as Les is here. Period
