I love nice restaurants, but I always have to eat dinner about an hour before we go b/c of serving sizes like that. I hate being hungry and being served three mouthfuls of food.

That looks like plenty of food to me...

I would call you a fatass, but you're always in the work out threads, so now I don't know...

One of those scallops looks torched.

Portion size does appear to be on the small side. I'm not sure how you didn't have room for dessert.

That was plenty of food. We actually both couldn't have even taken another bite.

I think the portions at most restaurants are disgusting. We went to Chimes last night and there was a meatloaf special (it was delicious.. meatloaf stuffed with boudin). Came with TWO big slices of meatloaf, more mashed potatoes than anyone could eat, a salad, AND another side of your choice.
Jones and I split it and still could have made a meal with the leftovers. It's just insane.

GRanted, it's nice because we split shite at most places like that, but it's sick the amount they give

ETA: I'll admit we're both smaller eaters though.

That place sells small plates though

You order a few things and share

It's not like you are paying 18 dollars for one of these dishes
