Need some opinions please. PPR league, all TDs 7pts. We play QB, WRx3, RBx2, TE, Flex, K, D/ST

My current line up:

QB: Fitzmagic, Rivers (Dead to me)
WR: Roddy, Bowe, Antonio Brown, Cobb, Hawkins, Heyward-Bey
RB: ADP, Sproles, FJax, SJax, Alex Green, Felix Jones
TE: Gronk
K: Bryant
D/ST: Bears

His current line up:

QB: Rodgers, RGIII
WR: Nicks, Britt, James Jones, Gordon, Wright, Hixon
RB: Foster, Michael Bush, Stephens-Howling, Bolden, Wilson
TE: Graham, Pitta
K: Greg the Leg
D/ST: Green Bay

He offered me RGIII for ADP and Roddy White. Obviously I'm not taking that, but what would be a fair offer? Or should I just roll with Fitzmagic and try and set up a trade for a stud RB or WR and roll with it?

Currently 3-3 in the league and am the 4th highest scoring. What say you?

I actually wouldnt give anything for him. I know he's an upgrade but if you give up AP then you're really vulnerable at rb outside of sproles. Don't like rolling w Fjax as rb2 right now. I think he will start losing carries to CJ bc he's been more effective with less carries. Sjax is a shell of his former self and in a timeshare now, they're grooming Richardson to take over. Green is unproven in a pass offense and Jones is a week let 2 filler. Give up AP and you're one injury away from gloom. If he wants to unload rg3 for a rb upgrade I'd offer Riversand Fjax for rg3. Gives him a rb and backup qb
