Trade Spiller + Trent to get Rice?

PPR. Start 2 RB, 2 WR, Flex
My WRs: Wayne, Britt, Antonio Brown, Andrew Hawkins
My RBs: McCoy, AP, T-Rich, Spiller
Guy wants Spiller + another RB for Rice. Who would you give?
ETA: He wants T-Rich. If I accept, Week 7, 8, and 11 I would be forced to start 3 WR. Week 9, 10, 12, 13, and playoffs I could start Rice, McCoy, and AP. I am hesitating because I am only 3-3 now and do not want to miss the playoffs. Some one tell me I am an idiot and to go ahead and make the trade

i think the upside for mccoy and AP is bigger
also trent got hurt last week dont know how serious the injury is though

It's not serious. He'll play this weekend. Logic says Trent is the guy to trade but he has been my best back too.
