Both states are going to want it and depending on the arrangement(s) it could be a little hairy. For instance, pro athletes pay income taxes all over the country, depending on where they play games. Also, if you're set up a per diem policy where a big chunk is federal tax free, it can get a lot more complicated quickly if you start trying to fight Arkansas on their claim.
