If it so easy to win at LSU why haven't more coaches had the same success as Miles?

Maybe because the coaches before Miles didnt have the same recruiting base and system in place besides Saban. Maybe the athletic academic facilities, the athlete dorms, the workout facilities, the trainers, the position coaches abilities to recruit werent all the same? There are tons of ingredients to make a successful program, one guy doesnt just walk in and change things instantly, it takes building reputations with high school coaches, players, families, the people within the University you need to help you discipline players, put them down the right paths, keep their grades in order etc. etc.
