I agree.
They've gotten better with emptying the trash cans instead of letting them overflow like they used to.
Put your trash in the trash cans, have some pride.

We don't throw trash on the ground and I came back to get my truck this morning and shite was fricking everywhere. Im convinced people dump all the shite out during the game looking for goods in the trash can

We walked ALL over campus Saturday afternoon to check things out. A LOT of the trash problem could be solved if the freaking university and athletic department would put out enough garbage cans. Not nearly enough and the ones that are put out are too small. We saw very few cans out except for a few on the parade grounds. Slobs combined with negligence equals public eyesore.
