Mexico and El Salvador 0-0
Both at halftime
As it stands now the CONCACAF Hex (Pending a major Costa Rican meltdown):
USA
Mexico
Honduras
Panama
Jamaica
Costa Rica
Basically it's Panama replacing El Salvador in the diving Central American department, and Luton Shelton (Darren Mattock etc.) replacing Kenwyne Jones in the mediocre Caribbean team aisle from the last Hex.
