I'm not correcting you over the BA I was just stating that the article was claiming most of that productivity was prior to 2009
I hear you. It's just hard to put stock in an article that you know has incorrect info. I just think this is a move where Girardi is trying to save his job with this move. Problem is, if they lose today, he is fired no matter what.

Soo is there anyway the yanks lose tonight? Looking for an excuse to bet against them.

I dont see that happening.

As I pointed out Arod this year hasn't hit him well.... And if most of the damage was 4 season ago then it is irrelevant information regardless, the only thing that would matter is current.
Girardi isn't getting fired that is just a dumb statement

Thats what happens when neither team can get a hit.

Doesn't hurt that 6inches to every side of the strike zone is being called a strike on both teams.

The pitching in this series has been damn good, it helps the hitters have swung at everything though

“Obviously I’m not happy and disappointed. You want to be in there in the worst way, but as I keep telling you guys, this isn’t a story about one person. This is about a team, and we have some unfinished business today. Our objective is to win one game tonight and keep this thing moving.”

PJ way this series has gone even you should know it isn't over

As bad as ARod has been, Nick Swisher is the worst playoff hitter I have ever seen. Now 23/141 (.163) in his playoff career.

Tex and Granderson showing some speed something Yankees haven't done a lot
