Well if you give the opposing qb 5-7 sec to make a pass your secondary is not going to be able to cover the wideouts for that long. If we have a great pass rush and it's helping our secondary I'm not sure how that makes our secondary weak.

That's the way bama does it, you guys did it last season, and every other good pass defense does it. Good secondary's are built from the inside out not the other way around.

I expect ward to do whatever slows LSU down according to what he sees. He doesn't fall in love with a certain scheme and he's not afraid to blitz and more importantly he knows how to make adjustments during the game. If Ellis Johnson was coaching this unit it would not be as good as it has been thus far.
