I just don't understand why miles doesn't take his death grip off the offense

Because the last time he let a coordinator have free reign of the offense, 2008 happened. I bet when Mett threw the pick at Florida, Les had a PTSD attack.

This is just more bullshite from Les.

The same thing will happen Sat. that happened at Florida last week: the defense will play outstanding the first half keeping it close, Les will be too scared to take chances on offense so we will have several 3-and-outs, the score at halftime will be close and low, and in the second half the D will become tired from being on the field so long and give up a score or two for the SC win.

Ware plays nothing like Chris Johnson. Horrible comparison
agreed, he plays more like Chris Ivory

Believe it when I see it, like the vertical passing game that's improving.

We shouldn't need the Wildcat. Plus if we're going to run that, use Shep. We have enough plays that gain 2 yards. We need big plays.

Even if Les does run it, he'll frick it up some kind of way. He'll probably use Copeland or Clement as the motion man.

So true. Or no motion man at all like he ran it with Shep. And he had Trindon on the team. The perfect motion man with his speed.

History tells us that if it is innovative, don't expect it. And if Miles says it, don't believe it. And expect more of the same.

Miles says expect Ware in the Wildcat

After 3-4 years of working on it in practice we may see it in a game

What do think the chances of Ware in the wildcat being successful are?

I think it will be more successful than the short toss that teams have defended well this year.

tough with 8/9 man boxes.

Agree with you on that unless we show some new plays on the offense, and have more 1st downs, the running down the gut is so predictable and difficult. Also our offense is not on the field much and unable to make a lot of downs to make the other teams defense tired.

I really hope for a recovery this weekend against USCe

You won't see Ware in a wildcat. Maybe single wing for whatever reason, but not wildcat.

you do realize that these are basically the same thing don't you?

Ah yes just what I want to see more of ware juking 2-3 times before line of scrimmage just to lower his shoulder and run into the nearest tackler for a gain of 2-3 yards

He needs to be saved for screens and goal line only

This is so stupid. Ware is our best all-around back easily. Best hands (not even close), best blocker (not even close), and never loses yards. Just because Ford takes sweeps after Ware and Hilliard beat the shite out of the DLine with dive plays doesn't mean he is better.

would love it but USc will put 8 in the box and force met to beat them. This will be the game plan for the rest of the year against lsu.

Do you need a true throwing threat to run the wildcat?

ware has thrown the ball and he can throw well. He threw the only TD to RR against auburn in '10.

I like this idea

Yep. Just like he did with Charles Scott.
