Pretty hard IMO in the quarter to get something that is good and romantic and not expensive.

Bayona is the most romantic place but that's on the expensive end.

Galvez has an amazing view, but again, somewhat on the expensive end (though less than Bayona I guess).

Sylvain always gets raves here and its not that badly priced.

Places like Oceania/Old New Orleans Cookery are complete garbage.

Anyone been to Mona Lisa lately? I never see it mentioned here.

It's been some time since I have, but from what I recall, it seemed to fit the bill of those requirements pretty well.
