Bloody-Disgusting.com basically said the plot and character motives were a bit far-fetched at times, but the scares and horror are top shelf

I saw it this morning
It's pretty solid, but wasnt quite as scary as I thought it was going to be.
The 2nd act actually has more scares imo. The climax was pretty obvious
SPOILERS!
I'm really glad that the boogie man dude didnt have a lot of screen time and that he didnt talk. that would have ruined it. I kept hoping to myself that he wouldnt speak
