I think they have to pull the heads if the plug breaks off.

Has me pretty paranoid now since there is no way of knowing if it will happen or not and how much its gonna wind up costing

Upon hearing this, I think that is what the deal is...
A buddy of mine had this happen a few years ago and was bitching about the design flaw/cost.
