I like Wash. There's no way they even get to those Series without him. He's good at juggling all the personalities and the FO likes him. At first - it seemed like some of the stuff Wash was doing was wildly erratic... but he was just learning how to deal with his guys and put them in a position to succeed. You won't see nearly as many people questioning in-game moves and general personnel decisions as you would've a few years ago.
