I take it you are a huge fan of Anthony Bordain?
I get it, some people don't like Guys approach or way of presenting American culinary experiments....he's not for everybody.
I have seen worse, Man versus food is an awkward experience to sit through mostly.

well man vs food has no redeeming values when it comes to the overall food culture at least the show DDD exposes some places people wouldn't know of otherwise, again this has nothing to do with Guy promoting mom and pop's, he's just there for the check.
