I heard one of their new tracks two weeks ago and it jams.

I wasn't much of a metal fan until the past 10-12 years either, but like the poster I quoted, I ended up going to something else bc rock since roughly 1998 just plain sucks.

I like Mastadon now as well. I've also recently got a hold to the entire collections of Megadeth, Metallica, and Iron Maiden. I never listened to Maiden until about a year ago. Now I'm kicking myself in the arse. I love that shite.

Oh, and Megadeth. I love 13. Also just listended to United Abominations and The System Has Failed Us for the first times as well and I love those also.

I do draw the line with some metal though. If the singer grunts or growls, I'm out.
