What are the chances we get a real offensive coordinator after this season?

Wont matter, Miles keeps his thumb on whomever is in that position. It does not and will not matter until Miles has a revelation or loses his job due to stubborness.

If by "real" you mean "new," then I would say 50/50. If you mean autonomous, then I would say 10/90, which is code for it just won't happen.
