Miles is a CEO not an offensive mind like spurrier or Kelly. He needs to surround himself with good people and let them do their jobs and stick to what he does best, recruit.

So you don't want him to coach at all, right?
Should he attend game planning sessions? Can he say anything if allowed to attend? Can he go to practice? Would he be allowed to do any coaching then?
