That was a good team we played. They had a great game plan and they executed pretty well with a strong 2nd half. The Swamp is never an easy place to win.

Give them their due and move on.

Everyone knows LSU needs to play better and I believe that they will starting this Saturday vs. South Carolina.

Yep, I also credit Towson and Auburn. See a pattern here?

its hard to give credit when you know LSU didn't play up to their potential!! The main question is did we lose or did they win it and I would have to say we lost it. We had the opportunity before half to score a TD and didn't and the fumble by OBJ was a nail in the coffin.

Sat next to a Gator fan at the game. We both agreed both teams have good defenses and not so great offenses. We both agreed LSU defense was on the field way too long. Florida played good defense against the run especially after the Tigers first drive.

We played shitty on offense.

We gonna keep giving credit to the teams we play?

No, we could have and should have beaten Florida and if we had a gameplan bigger than a post-it note we would have won.

South Carolina and Georgia will beat Florida by at least 14 points. They aren't that good

they shouldn't have to lose to wake up and start playing better. The AU game was way too close for comfort against a bad team, and Towson was anything but impressive. Many believed those were just vanilla games, games of less enthusiasm, bla bla. They weren't. This team is just hamstrung by overly conservative offensive coaching. To think that the O line will magically learn how to block, receivers will learn how to catch, and playcalling will automatically improve against much better teams is naive.

I will credit them for exposing us.

However, any semblance of an offense from LSU, even enough to give our D a blow, would have made a difference.

Les owns that loss and the current state of the offense.

Not at all, they should credit our inept offense for helping them win the game. For how long they stayed on the field, our defense only gave up 14 points.

Let's just get it done against SCar

Florida gets credit for beating LSU in the off season, then game prep, then Sat and especilly in the 2nd Half.

New trend the bigger the game the poorer they play.

Normally, I would say those very things myself but time will prove that UF is not that good. How do you get beat by a QB who has 61yards passing, no TD's, five sacks, and a lost fumble on his 10 yd line. LSU imploded yesterday.

I don't think field goals aka the only way we can score against a good team will be enough to beat the G-Cocks next week, but I'd be excited as shite to see 2 or 3 successful 3rd down conversions...Baby steps.

Refs stole that game from LSU.

The refs called about what 6 calls against LSU in the 2nd half at the most critical times.

That big LSU pass play was really close and was blown dead by the ref. Then they reverse it and called a fumble after it was blown dead on the field .they gave them the game right there.

The refs even called a behind the back block on that great punt return. They can call that on every punt.

The refs called a 15 yard personal foul penalty on an LSU defender when the Florida player faked a fall.

This and more all happened at the end of the game and surely gave Florida the game as they only won by 1 score. I know that other penalties went against LSU. This is just off the top of head. Florid is now number 6 and undefeated. The refs stole this from Louisiana. Watch the game again.
