more excited than nervous. i love the hype that surrounds big LSU games. But win or lose, I still gotta go to work on Monday.

My brother in law (lives in Dallas) used to make one Fall Saturday a year his official Popeyes day. This was when he was single/no kids/lived alone, all that. Anyway, me and my wife had gone over there on Saturday, and he was telling me about this tradition where he goes and gets pretty much (1) of every item on their menu, then porks out like a fat arse one Fall Saturay per year. We were headed back to Monroe early that Saturay morning when he was telling me about this.
We got to about Shreveport, and I got a text from him that was a picture of a "Popeyes" sign, with the following in the text.
"It's official".

Today will dictate the rest of LSU's season. Which LSU team will show up? Will the team that played Washington show up? Will the team that played Auburn show up? I guess we will all find out at 2:30 this afternoon. The anticipation is killing me!
I hope that the team finally comes together today and plays LSU Football. Kick some Gator arse!!
