I'm probably in the minority. I like medium grain. I like my rice to stick together in a nice clump.

And I like this brand. Locally grown and processed.

I like that rice, isn't it out of Falcon?

I love Toro, buy it mostly. Cajun Country second followed by Mahatma.


My wife insists all rice be rinsed, she is daughter of a rice farmer and miller. She says mills are terrible and refuses to eat rice that hasn't been rinsed. The great thing is, the rice seems to have a better texture once rinsed so now I like it that way too. Anyone else do this?
