Heyman also tweeted that one of the proposed deals has Upton to Texas, Martin Perez to Cleveland and Asdrubal Cabrera to Arizona.
I would think teheran > perez in that situation.
The most updated tweet I've seen is that those talks are going no where - Rosenthal.
