If we're including catfish, we better get something better in return.

Thought I would share what I just came across at work. Looking at the 2010 Atlanta Business Chronicle list of Highest Paid athletes for the local teams, I re-discovered that we paid Derek Lowe a ridiculous 15 million, Kenshin Kawakami 7.3 million, and Nate McClouth 5 million, all in the same season. At 27.3 million for those three players and assuming our total team salary for the 2010 year was around $84 million (based off quick google search), can y'all imagine how we ever decided to have those three douchers make up roughly 33% of the team payroll? Am I missing something here?

Yes. A story from 2010 I also just love Chip's twitter. Everything is gold.

Joe needs to get a Twitter account so he can more efficiently threaten people.

Anyone interested in Scott Hairston or Grady Sizemore if we can't get upton? Sizemore is a 5-tool player when healthy. Problem is he's almost always hurt. It's be a huge risk but if we get lucky health wise he can produce almost at a j. Upton level.

We kind of need outfielders that are already better than what we have. Neither of those guys are.
