That wasn't their house. It's Rick's neighbor, not Morgan's family.


It was simply a way to introduce the show. Rick was hesitant, almost looked like he was seeing his first zombie, and is reluctant to shoot but eventually does.


I really don't think that scene is anything more than that.

Whoops. I had meant she died in the house, and it was familiar to her in some way
