Since you're getting to BR on Friday, you might consider a quick trip to St. Francisville, LA. It's less than 30 min from the airport...with some beautiful Antebellum homes.
Others have posted some good info on where to eat Friday night. Saturday, Louie's for breakfast, then start taking in all that is LSU tailgating.
If y'all are still in town on Sunday, you do want to head to New Orleans for a day trip...plenty to do there!
