It's by a long shot the worst board on this site. Unless you are ridiculously hardcore tea party, it's pretty much impossible to post on there without being gang banged. It'd be like if I posted positively about any team besides Bama on the SEC Rant and constantly got belittled for it. That board's overall consensus opinion makes Richard Nixon look like Jimmy Carter.

Just because someone voted for Obama in '08 doesn't mean they're liberal or leaning that way.
LA has expressed his political beliefs on the board before and they're very close to my own.
However, the constant childish personal attacks that contribute nothing to conversations and discussions should be cracked down on, in my opinion.

I used to post on the poli board a good bit, but just avoid it now. Hell, toothpick would appear downright civil on the board today!
If it bothers you that much, move on.
