It was mentioned before, just reiterating this is the only correct answer for free credit reports. You can get it free once per year.
The freecreditreportdotcom is not free, they enroll you in a monitoring service after ____ days.
If you want a general free score (1) then go to Credit Karma as somebody else mentioned. I believe these use Transunion.
