I don't think they'll go the Estes route. I think keeping him in play works too well with Carrie's psychosis. The whole tension between him/her is a easy trigger for sending her off. Won't be surprised to see them exploit it in the future.

What's the over under on Carrie flashing back and realizing the connection to Nasir's kid?

The Mike/Jessica/Brody triangle should be interesting. I wonder how far they are going to play the whole Mike looking into Brody thing.

I just finished watching tonight's ep.... WOWIE. All I have to say. Claire Danes is doing a great job walking a whole bunch of lines...crazy yet vulnerable AND tough...off the rails tactically yet somehow playing it right for the situation. This show is the slowest exciting show on TV.

This is actually one aspect of the story that I do not like how it is being played. I understand the need to have a reason for Brody to have turned, but I cannot buy that the CIA (or even just Carrie as an expert on Nazir) does not know that Nazir had a son named Isla and that the same son has not been seen in several years. The build up to, in Brody's mind, justify his actions is there dramatic effect, but I don't buy the ignorance of the CIA on the issue (especially when Carrie has a vacant year at the time of his death in her timeline).

Also, if the death of Isla was the trigger event for turning Brody, I would have liked to know what was the trigger had been for Walker to turn.
