Well not totally. His wife got naked, but otherwise yeah, he currently sucks. But there's got to be a good reason they're keeping that storyline going.

I mean we're all of three episodes into this season after he finished last season by being busted for killing his partner (then shooting a fed on the way out the door).
He then had that great scene in the flower shop with Dean O'Banion that I'm guessing will be who he turns to for a job.
It's a slow build but he's far from a waste.
ETA: You also don't go from crazy religious zealot Fed to Gangster bruiser in a few episodes either.
