Best way to request an un-ban

Is there a proper way to lobby for a poster to be un-banned?
LouisiAnimalMGD is banned but the guy is a marine in Okinawa. Not 100% sure why he is banned, but I think his service to our country warrants a second chance.

i hate when people try to use their "service" as a reason for getting something or when other people are like "hey he was a marine blah blah blah so he has a right to act like a jackass"

Meh its more me using it. He hasn't been a jackass to me so figured I would ask. Plus I can't imagine there being much to do in Okinawa.
Plus not saying it is a free pass to be a jackass, but I would say might as well give a second chance because of it. If he is an arse again, then off to banland.

I was in the Marines. Usually it is a good idea to ban devil dogs before they do something that could get them in big trouble.
But as far as the Okinawa part, yeah. Even with Tigerdroppings life is boring as all hell over there.
