what the hell is the difference between traveling for an away game and traveling for a neutral site game?
and houston is a lot farther from the coast than nola, isn't sandwiched between an ocean, river, and massive lake, and also happens to be above sea level, which tends to help somewhat.
ETA: the only thing i really care about is recuiting texas, and not letting other schools recruit LA

Louisiana is already heavily recruited it won't make a difference.
