well the main problem is that mett is pretty stationary. when flushed he's pretty bad. i think if he would step up in the pocketinstead of out, he'd be more effective.

I saw him throw a ball on a rope on a roll out in the spring game. He has the ability to do it. Just needs to practice it more, and get more game reps with it.

not really. He's moved around in the pocket numerous times this year and completed some of those passes.
