So how will it affect that game when the full time refs do finally hit the field?
The coaches and players have gotten use to the shitty calls and being able to run over the refs.

The coaches and players aren't dogs. It's not like they have a new master to get used to.
Assuming it happens sometime this season, they will just revert back to the way it was before this season. The way it's always been.
