GB player looks like he had ball in his control at the apex of the throw with Seattle with one hand on it. GB guy doesn't have possession ball until he had two feet inbounds by rule,at which time he does have two feet in the Seattle guy has both hand on the ball and down by contact and therefore possession goes to offensive guy.
