I'm actually not a fan of the stache though. You're the leader of a national contender. Look the part!!
Would a beard be more "Quarterback-ly"?

A CSB, I searched Google for "Troy Aikman Beard" and got a completly different set of images.

Actually yeah. A beard is one thing, but Mett is clearly doing the stache as a joke. At least I hope so because it looks fricking stupid.
I'm all for being yourself and showing personality, but he's doing something I've only seen done for Halloween or Movember for cancer awareness.
He's goofing around and that's fine, but when we start rolling into SEC primetime games every week, the media coverage is going to be much more present.
I'd prefer if he just presented himself in a way that doesn't allow the media to take us any less seriously than they already do, given their unwillingness to acknowledge our coach as being a top 2 or 3 guy in the country, which he clearly is, because of some of his traits that allow them to shrug off his accomplishments as "The Mad Hatter".
If Mett wants to be taken seriously by the media, and more importantly the NFL, shave the stache and look the part.
This whole thread is me praising him. I love the kid, but I just think that the stache is high school homecoming skit-ish.
Would he wear the stache to his combine interviews with men looking to hand over millions and the future of their franchise to a young QB??
Probably not.
Well, they're watching.
