I don't even really sell academy players all that much. I usually sign 2-4 to the senior team per year and then send them out on loan for a couple seasons (except for the real studs). I have so much money in the bank at this point that selling them for 5m doesn't even matter.
Like I said I wish there was more you could do with the club's money or your wages.

I started setting mine on the strict financials and all that shite, I'm not amazing on the pitch but that doesn't mean I want the managerial part to be a cake walk either
